Sea moss gel orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed – this is due to the nature of how the gels are made. You can be rest assured that all jars are made fresh to order to ensure quality and freshness. Typically, we ship any orders that contain Sea Moss Gel with Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Tracked 24.
All shipping costs must be covered by customer.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.
Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.
We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.
If the delivery is missed it will be transported back to your local post office for pickup (this is typical the following working day). – This is something to be conscious of if your order contains sea moss gel, due to the shelf life.
