What is the difference between Gold Sea Moss & Purple Sea Moss?

In relation to nutrition there isn’t much difference between Purple & Gold Sea Moss. The colour determines its unique qualities.

Gold Moss is said to help with communication between the cells, providing beta cryptothanxin.

Purple Moss – Provides powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins which are believed to delay ageing of the body’s cells.

How to use:

Wash the Moss with clean water and then soak for 6-12 hours.

Ensure you rinse thoroughly to wash off any excess salt.

Add to a high-speed blender and just about cover with spring or distilled water (We use Reverse Osmosis water).

Blend until the Sea Moss is a smooth gel-like consistency.

How much Sea Moss Gel will I get from a 100g bag?

The whole bag of dried Sea Moss will produce over 1 litre of Sea Moss Gel. You could even get as much as 1.5 litres depending on how much water you blend it with. It can produce approximately 3 x 380ml Jars of Sea Moss Gel.
